I am an advocate for all things health, fitness & wellness.
I have been an active individual for pretty much my entire life. I started gymnastics when I was 18 months old, T-ball when I was 3 and soccer & dance when I was 4. I ran track in middle school and ended up in competitive and sideline cheerleading in high school.
As an adult, I found the gym as my home away from home in college and fell in love with pursuing the best version of myself. Since then I have been involved in athletic style conditioning, yoga, cycling, bodybuilding, running and of course, my most recent endeavor, CrossFit.
I aspire to help others in their health and fitness journey in hopes to create sustainable habits in their own life.
